The Council of Residential Specialists is a national organization (with state chapters) of Residential Realtors who are dedicated to providing the highest level of professional service to our clients. In order to achieve this goal we constantly upgrade our skills by attending professional classes over and above those required for our state licenses.
Because of our dedication to the best interests of our clients and because we understand the added value we can give as a result of this constant education, we refer our clients to other CRS Realtors when they are moving to an area where we are not able to continue serving them ourselves.
Each year at the National CRS Sell-a-bration we have a chance to network and really get to know the premier residential Realtors in the country while taking additional classes. An added advantage to this networking is our ability to stay on top of where the top real estate markets are. This gives us the ability to steer our INVESTMENT CLIENTS to the markets where they are most likely to get the highest and quickest return on their investments.
As President of the 1st CRS chapter in the country - Colorado - I have the opportunity to meet and work with some of the top Realtors in the country. We are picking each others brains and exchanging creative marketing ideas to help our sellers sell their homes quickly, for a fair price and to help our buyers find exactly what they are looking for.
