Dave has been a Realtor in Pueblo county for over 20 years. He brings over 35 years of sales and small business experience to every transaction.
Dave has always been active in the Pueblo business community. He has served on many boards and commissions, often as President or Chair. One of the projects of which he is most proud is his service as a member and later as Chair of the Historic Arkansas Riverwalk Project, which brought the Arkansas River back to its original channel and created a new and beautiful focal point for business and tourism in downtown Pueblo.
As you may notice, Dave is an avid bicyclist. Since 1990 when he first took up riding in ernest, Dave has logged as many as 5000 plus miles on his bicycle each year. Bicycling helps keep Dave energetic and fit - great assets in the demanding business of real estate.
Dave has given the same commitment to his profession as a Realtor. He is, therefore, able to assist his real estate clients with all the information needed to make a wise personal home buying or selling decision. He listens to the needs and wants of his clients and works hard to make their vision a reality.
