Pueblo county is rich in beauty, history, cultural diversity, and populated by friendly home-town type people. The climate in Pueblo county is semi-arid, and in my opinion resembles the light and climate of Taos, New Mexico. It is generally warmer than its neighboring counties to the north. This makes the winters mild. It is not unusual for golfers to be able to play most months of the year.

I'm beginning my tour of Pueblo County with a gallery of photos of our newest attraction - the Historic Arkansas Riverwalk of Pueblo (HARP for short) - and the oldest part of the city of Pueblo - the Union Avenue Historic District. As time goes on, it is my intent to continue to add wonderful new photos featuring different aspects of our area.
